To make the recipe, you will need just 4 ingredients

Making the pinwheels is easy as can be.  Use crescent roll dough to make four triangles, then layer with your ingredients.

Roll the dough and layers into sausage-shaped bundles. Pinch the dough so that it holds.

Then, slice into 3/4 inch pinwheels and bake. What could be easier?

Ham and Spinach Pinwheel Appetizer Recipe

These tasty ham and spinach pinwheels make a great party appetizer

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 6 tablespoons of Laughing Cow French onion cheese
  • 8 thin slices of cooked deli ham
  • 24 leaves of fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 350° F (180° C).
  2. Separate the crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles and press the perforations to seal.
  3. Spread the rectangles with the Laughing Cow cheese to within 1/4 inch of the edges.
  4. Layer with the ham and then the spinach.
  5. Starting at one side of your rectangle, roll up each piece of dough.
  6. Press the edges to seal.
  7. Cut each roll into 6 slices, trimming the edge pieces so they will sit flat on the cookie sheet.
  8. Place the cut triangles on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
