Making this Witches Brew cocktail recipe

This Halloween cocktail could not be easier to prepare. It’s ready in just minutes and needs no special equipment other than a cocktail shaker and a martini glass.

Chill your martini glass then coat the rim with lime and press it into some black sanding sugar. Black sprinkles also work just fine if you don’t have sanding sugar.

This spooky Witches Brew cocktail is visually impressive and super easy to make.

Black sanding sugar gives an eerie finish to this blue Halloween drink that will delight your party guests!

All you need are three ingredients to make this spooky Halloween cocktail.

Ingredients

The Witches Brew Cocktail

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Grey Goose vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao
  • 1 oz (30 ml) triple sec

The Garnish

  • Black sanding sugar
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. For the sanding sugar rim, take a martini glass and run a wedge of lime around the rim.
  2. Then place the rim of the martini glass into black sanding sugar until it is coated, and set aside.
  3. Pour the vodka, blue curaçao and triple sec into a shaker over ice.
  4. Shake for about 15 seconds.
  5. Then the drink strain into your martini glass that has been rimmed with black sanding sugar.
  6. Enjoy this Halloween Witches Brew cocktail!
