How to make this Keto-friendly Nutella smoothie recipe
- Place all of the ingredients except for the shavings of dark baking chocolate into a blender.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving glasses (I like these mason jar glasses) and garnish with shavings of dark baking chocolate.
- Enjoy!
Paleo modification: I use pure vanilla extract in this recipe. If you follow a Paleo diet, you’ll need to change this ingredient. You can omit it or use a vanilla pod. Also be sure to check the label of your nut butter to make sure it’s paleo-friendly.

Tasting this Keto and Paleo Nutella smoothie
This Keto Nutella smoothie has a wonderful taste of chocolate and hazelnut with a healthy addition of fresh fruit.
The egg yolk gives some extra protein and helps to keep you full and the whole concoction is rich and creamy. Garnish it with some shavings of pure dark baking chocolate for a great presentation and bit of extra chocolate flavor.
With my Keto substitutes you can enjoy the delicious flavor of Nutella without the guilt of breaking your eating plan.
Trust me on this one. You will NOT miss the Nutella. This is one delicious drink folks! Check out this post to see all the ways that I have used this chocolate hazelnut Nut Butter.
