One of my favorite breakfast recipes is an omelette. They can be made in so many ways and are very filling and satisfying. This mushroom and caramelized onion omelette is loaded with flavor, easy to make and sure to be a hit with your family.
To make this mushroom and caramelized onion omelette just gather these ingredients
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup of cream
1/2 tsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp cracked Black pepper
1/4 cup Havarti cheese – grated
1/2 cup of portabello mushrooms
1/4 medium onion
1/4 cup of spinach leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
