These healthy recipes will keep you on track long after the new year's resolutions have begun to fade.

We all have the best of intentions when we make New Year’s resolutions for eating healthy on January 1.

But no matter how resolute we are on our diet plan right after the holidays (and some weight gain) it gets harder to stick to those resolutions as the year progresses.

That is when it is important to have meal plans of lower-calorie recipes to help us stay on track. But a recipe that is low in calories, is not the only consideration.

For me, I need the recipe to be filling and tasty. This makes me think of losing weight as a lifestyle choice, not a diet.

This group of recipes will take you through the day, from breakfast to dinner hour, and also give you a couple of ideas for sweet treats that won’t break the calorie bank. The recipes are some of my most popular healthy recipes.

The recipes have been selected because they are tasty, filling, and lower in calories than normal mealtime options.
