I have to admit it. I am not much of a fish person. I’ve tried almost every variety and just don’t find them that appealing. My exceptions are salmon, swordfish and any fish that is freshly caught. (then I love it!)

This recipe for grilled salmon is easy to do, has a nice boost from the soy sauce and spices and tastes delicious. It is great for a busy week night.
It is a very flexible recipe. The salmon can be baked, pan fried or cooked on a barbecue after marinating.
Serve with a broccoli florets for a tasty, and easy main meal.
- 12 oz Salmon fillets
- 1 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Kosher Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
