Easy Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza – A Weeknight Delight!

I love working with pizza toppings, and especially love it when I can use something that is left over in my fridge. You can use any chicken that you have on hand, but I used some from my Bacon Wrapped chicken breasts and it worked perfectly.

The recipe uses a home made Alfredo sauce for the base and is topped with the chicken, more bacon and some mushrooms.  But don’t let that make you think it is hard to make.  It could not be easier!
