- Baileys Irish Cream
- cocoa powder
- granulated sugar
- milk

Making the Baileys cocktail
The first step in making this decadent cocktail recipe is to mix the cocoa powder and sugar with a little of the cold milk. This will allow the cocoa powder to blend well into the drink mixture.
I used a small whisk to easily combine the cocoa powder.
Next, the rest of the milk gets heated in the microwave and the chocolate mixture is added to it. Stir very well to make sure the cocoa is well mixed throughout the milk.
Whip the cream and set aside. You can use aerosol or pre-made whipped cream if you would like, to save time.
Pour the Bailey’s Irish Cream into the bottom of a heat-resistant glass. Add the heated cocoa mixture over the top of the Baileys.
Add five mini marshmallows in each drink. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder to finish the After 8 Cocktail.

If you’re a big baileys fan, this has to be one of the best drinks that you’ll ever taste in your life. The BBC or Bailey’s banana Colada cocktail will have you lining up for more at the bar. Be careful not to over do it though as more than one could have you getting a little tipsy!
Here’s the recipe for the BBC drink so that you can make it at home and enjoy it with your own memories of Grenada or to demonstrate to your friends that the BBC really is an excellent drink.
2 bananas cut into chunks
6 fl oz of banana liquer
6 fl oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
6 fl oz of coconut cream
Crushed ice
Now all you have to do is add the bananas to the blender with the banana liqueur. Blend them together until smooth. Now add the Irish cream and then the coconut cream and blend.
You may want to be sure to have allowed the coconut cream to reach room temperature otherwise it could be tricky to blend. Now, add the ice and blend again until it’s smooth.
Pour your drink into a tall glass with a straw. Now sit back and close your eyes and imagine yourself on our verandah looking out to the Grenadines. Cheers….
